Martín focuses his legal practice on M&A, complex contracts, restructurings, public tenders, corporate disputes, and complex litigation. He also advises domestic and international clients on general aspects of commercial law.

Law graduate of the Torcuato Di Tella University School of Law. Recipient of the Academic Excellence Award (Buenos Aires City Bar Association).
