Diego advises domestic and international companies on their commercial operations, contractual matters, and corporate issues. He is widely respected and recognized for providing creative solutions to complex business issues.  

Diego graduated with a law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina in 2003. He completed a postgraduate program in international corporate taxation at the University of Salamanca in 2003. He earned a Master of Laws in Capital Markets and Financial Institutions from Georgetown University in 2005. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Buenos Aires, teaching the course “Civil and Commercial Companies.”
