Ariel is recognized by clients and colleagues for his expertise in bankruptcy proceedings, complex corporate matters, and corporate disputes. 

He is frequently consulted on complex legal transactions or situations that require multidisciplinary approaches and strategies, tailored solutions, and practical insight and management skills. He has represented and advised multinational and domestic companies on matters within his area of expertise. 

He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and completed postgraduate specialization programs in Corporate Legal Consulting (UBA) and Advanced Insolvency Law. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at various universities and led seminars in his field of expertise, and he is an adjunct professor of Insolvency and Bankruptcy at the University of Buenos Aires. 

He has published articles and commentaries on his area of expertise in national and international legal journals, newspapers, and websites. 

Before becoming a partner at Lorente & Lopez, he headed the legal department of an international financial institution (2000), worked at the law firm Arauz Castex, Bargalló Beade, Sanchez Claría, García & Punte (2004), and was a founding partner at Di Bártolo, Gaitán & Mencarini Abogados (2014).
